APPOINTMENTS

Please call the salon on 01785 249539 to book your appointment.

CANCELLED APPOINTMENTS

If you are unable to keep your appointment please give us 24 hours notice, otherwise you will unfortunately be charged for the full cost of the treatment.

LATE ARRIVAL FOR APPOINTMENTS

Please try to arrive ten minutes before the start of your appointment as it is necessary for you to complete a consultation questionnaire prior to treatment.  Should you arrive late for your appointment your therapist will endeavour to complete your tretament in the time remaining although you will still be charged for the full session.  In some cases, depending on the treatment it may not be possible to reduce the session and this will unfortunately result in the treatment having to be cancelled.

TREATMENT CONSULTATIONS

Prior to every treatment you will be required to complete a consultation questionnaire which will be discussed with your therapist.  This ensures that you receive maximum benefit from your treatment and that there are no medical reasons why you should not partake in the treatment.  During the consultation your therapist will explain in detail what the treatment entails, which clothing, jewellery make up etc needs to be removed and the expected benefits and results.  Please feel free to ask any questions that you may have, it is important that you feel comfortable and relaxed throughout your treatment.  Your therapist will ask you if you prefer to relax quietly during your treatment or if you are happy to chat.

AFTERCARE ADVICE

Following every treatment you will be issued with an aftercare advice sheet.  Please try to follow this advice where possible as it is provided to ensure that you receive maximum benefit from your treatments and ensures that you don't cause yourself any discomfort following treatments such as waxing.

CHILL OUT ZONE

We recommend that you relax in the Chill Out Zone following your treatment and enjoy a complimentary beverage.  It is not advisable to drive immediately after receiving some of our more relaxing treatments and you will benefit from 'coming to' for ten minutes or so before leaving the salon.

Please consider other guests whilst you are enjoying the Chill Out Zone and ensure that your mobile phone is switched to silent.  Please be aware that some people may wish to just lie back and relax and not  hold conversations.

You are welcome to relax in the Chill Out Zone for as long as you like following your treatment, please let your therapist know if you need to leave the salon by a certain time as guests have been know to fall asleep and we wouldn't want to disturb your relaxation unnecessarily.

ETIQUETTE

We pride ourselves on the level of professionalism within the salon and expect all guests to behave in a dignified manner, respecting their therapist and other guests at all times.  Any behaviour or comments considered to be offensive will result in expulsion from the salon.
